about

The intergenerational crew of the colony-ship Sigma have awakened to a harsh reality. The ship's navigational system Voyager has foreseen the need to refuel, and has chartered a course to a suitable celestial body.
Upon awakening, the initial euphoria of reaching a possibly habitable world is crushed; the planet is an ocean world with no land in sight!

lyrics

We're finally here, it's all so clear now
So have no fear, we'll find solid ground
Beneath our feet once more.

This time, we won't find, the same
Mistakes of humanity, look down with
Your tellurian eyes, you will find
Another place for their promises
Because we're home.

Carry all of us through the water
Subnautica where the seeds never come
Take us far from the world above
Where the tranquil water falls

We sever the way, for all of the paths that fall
And time begins to change the way for evermore

It just isn't right
The world has turned to a battlefield
Why won't you take us
Take us from here
Away from the light
Beyond confined possibilities
Why can't you take us
Take us away from here

Inner space, for an inner change
Watch the stars wheeling, the heart's beating
It's another day
It's another way
It's another meaning
It's another reason to be

We're caught in the maze
We've found our way back home
The path is clear, there's no solid ground
But now our dreams have come
